The Plantation Acres Improvement District (P.A.I.D.) is pleased to report the successful completion of maintenance work at Canal C6, including the removal and replacement of the damaged beam.

This beam improvement was completed efficiently by District crew in approximately 6 hours, with a total materials cost of less than $2,100.

This effort reflects the District’s continued commitment to performing work in-house whenever feasible, allowing for cost savings while enhancing the durability and performance of the canal system infrastructure.

We appreciate the continued support of our residents as we work to maintain and improve the District’s drainage system.
