The
Board of Supervisors shall hold meetings
beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the fourth
Thursday of each month, except for
the months of November and December
when the meeting date and time shall
be established by the Board. Meetings
may be canceled at the discretion
of the Board.
All
meetings shall be held at the offices
of the District located at 1701 Northwest
112th Avenue, Plantation, Florida,
or such place as may be approved by
resolution or motion adopted in a
meeting by the Supervisors present
and shall be open to the public and
all new media. A bulletin board at
the front of the District offices
is established for the purpose of
notifying residents, landowners, and
the general public of upcoming meetings.
The
Board shall consider site date records,
plats, paving and drainage plans,
reservation releases, expenditures
for the District and other necessary
business connected with the powers
and duties of the District. The time
certain of 11:30 p.m. is hereby established
for the conclusion of the scheduled
order of business of any meeting,which
time certain may be waived by a majority
of the Board. The establishment of
a time certain shall not be construed
to prohibit hearings of emergency
items.
